Spoken in English. Their words, as they said them.

That's one thing I seek in meditation a lot is really to to bathe in joy.

It's like sometimes there's so much joy, it's unbelievable.

I really need that, and it's really good for me.

In fact, my sense is we probably all need that.

And if we don't have it, then we compensate for it in some other ways.

Maybe there's a part in what I'm saying where I'm trying to justify and make myself feel good for it, but I think there's also there's just so much suffering.

We need joy.

There's just something so important to me about meditation and what happens there and what's possible.

This is part of me that's thanking you. Everybody should know this. Everybody should taste this. I mean, what would the bone be like?

Yeah. So that's why that's why I'm a punk monk, because I really enjoy the term of contemplative activism.

That's probably why I'm on this planet at this point is, I think it's my gift for the world.

I have many gifts. I've been I've received a lot, and there's a lot I can do, but if there was only one within the constellation of what's possible, being fully present and 100% embedded and embodied in that one part that I have to play like that's the one part I have to play. Yeah.

Otherwise I'd die.

Yeah. Part of my soul ties.

The angels leave me.

In fact, I really did nearly die at one point. Yeah.

That was intense.

Death.

That's a big one. That's a big one. Yeah. Terrence, you want to discover.
