Spoken in English. Their words, as they said them.
The really beautiful space of where the yawn takes me is that giggle.
Is that real deepening with each breath that it takes me deeper into that further space it creates inside me. It creates these bubbles.
And the bubbles sometimes make me weep, because they're so full they have to expand somewhere outside of me, and it feels glorious. And this innate laughter that isn't of me, but it is me that just feels joyous, bubbles to the surface, and it brings such joy to every moment that I give myself permission to experience the yawn with consciously.
And it is an experience. I'm giving yourself permission to.
Be that vulnerable with my gaping mouth.
Because I often feel like a Dalgoyle, which makes me giggle all over again, which feels quite glorious. Because I do feel like I'm connecting ancient wisdom from ancient cathedrals that have been crafted with so much time and effort with every intricate chip of the hammer, the chisel.
As to are they actually screaming with anguish, or are they yawning out that emotion from the very depths of the soul, from an ancestral level, to move us forward?
It does feel like a shedding of the skin when you when you yawn to such an extent that you feel like the skin on your face is stretching off your face over the back of your head.
I do feel like I am personally shedding skin, and sometimes I feel like a dragon breathing fire, and sometimes I feel like a snake shedding skin, which is quite amusing considering this year has been the dragon, and next year is the snake.
Yeah.
And allowing that space.
Allowing that space between us to unfold.
But being very aware of that vortex of energy connecting my outside world with my inside world, and feeling that tightness as the yaw contracts. Wherever that's gonna be on its journey, depths of the stomach or here, my third, fourth, fifth. Wherever it's going.
When you really give yourself permission to be with a yawn, it takes you on its own personal journey.
And sometimes I see the universe behind my eyes with the colors and the shapes, and the images just in a six second yawn. Doesn't take long to connect, and it cuts out the sound, and you're so present.
So beautifully present in that moment of that unified field of all that is. Giving myself permission to be there for two seconds, twenty one seconds. The fact that I'd even counted seconds amuses me. With real delight amuses me, like a childlike delight. Makes me feel like a child of discovery, and I like it. I like that connection to that I am a child, that Ed's child, that I can still be that despite the grey hair.
Because of the grey hair, Because of every single grey hair, white hair, every little bit of wisdom that it's given me on this journey to connect with this really humble, overlooked, underestimated Parts of ourselves.
