Spoken in English. Their words, as they said them.
And I'm what I'm really surprised about is that I thought what will come out of me would be actually sadness and a sense of being challenged and difficulty right now in, you know, with all of the stuff that's going on in the world right now. But what I'm feeling is this kind of upwelling of joy, of, of a sense of life flowing through me, of life trying to express itself through me.
And the experience of that is amazing. It's wonderful. It's yeah.
And perhaps what's you know, everything that's going on with the virus now, maybe this is an invitation to explore new ways, new stories, or new permissions, new chances to show up completely, uncontrived.
I think a lot of the time we're being asked to show up in a way that's clever or productive or logical.
And when we are allowed or asked to sharpen in an emotional way, it's often maybe not that much space given to it.
I think that I have a deep fear of falling to pieces, of kind of crumbling.
But actually at the same time I feel like that is a kind of sense of crumbling and falling to pieces into into where I really need to be what it's you know it's a kind of a calling to stop trying to grip onto or or hold onto how I feel I ought to be.
Life can be really, really difficult sometimes, and I don't think that I take the time to really acknowledge that, or certainly not in a way that's witnessed by other people. I think that it's easy to be in my own difficulties and my own troubles in my own space but having the chance to share that and for it not need to be made okay to be actually able to experience what it's like to struggle.
Maybe vital, there's something very vital about it, It's maybe vital there's something very vital about it about being allowed to be human to be deeply human.
I don't think there's many spaces where we can show up actually fully in our humanity.
So while, you know, I deeply believe that at the heart of all of us, we've got this deep connection to life, to the life process, and a deep connection to the expression of life.
Most of us have spent so long disconnecting and learning a different way to do things that it does take some skill, it does take practice, and it does take guidance, and it does take different perspectives, and it does take help from other people to move us back towards just this pure expression of being alive.
And I think at the same time, one of the really big reasons I coach and that I want to do all of this work with other people is because it feels important to help everybody, to help anybody who wants to, to become more connected to this expression of life as well. Like, what an amazing opportunity we all have to connect. Not, yeah, connect to each other, but it's also about connecting to the expression of life. Connecting to the experience of feeling alive, of looking out of the window or being out in nature and feeling the aliveness and the flow and the creation that's continually going on.
