The yin of emotions and intimacy in collectives
Spoken in English. Their words, as they said them.
I want to share some of my experience in this gathering, And, it's difficult to get into words because it's it's more from the feminine yin side of of life.
I find myself yesterday a bit, last night and the night before, like, with kind of awful, energetic, growth pain in my bones, in my legs, in my sacrum. Like, I know that since long time and normally after an hour or so I fall asleep and then it's gone. Eventually I fell asleep and then I woke up and it was like still there and it was like, like nothing of massage or doing some exercises or would relieve it. And the most amazing thing was after in the group, there was, like, some outburst, let's say, of of fierce energy, like, things that needed to be said. I was not angry, but it was like, hey. This is also in the space. It all went away. I was back to normal. Then it was lunch and I was happy and half an hour before the next meeting, I feel like, oh my god, it's coming again. So I went to lay down in bed until the session started and and so Wendy shared something very, very deep personal about possibility of dying soon, and it went away again.
And I want to share that because I've I've met and also hear quite a lot of women kind of recognize these kind of odd things and how our bodies are really part of the process and so many times they don't get attention.
Before that outburst happened, I was laying in the circle with a lot of pain. I was crying. And at that point, two or three men were kind of still in their exchange of ideas and just didn't notice me or ignored me or it's not about me, but it's about some wisdom or some phenomenon that's happening in the circle that holds some significance and it's not paid attention to. And also the person who shared about his deep personal process he said like, yeah, it might not be appropriate for here. And I'm like, oh my god. Like, how far away have we been conditioned to leave the most human things out of the conversation even when this conversation is about wisdom and collective wisdom.
This other, I could say, little, subtle, unexplainable phenomena that are happening in a circle, in a conversation, in a dialogue that we still tend not to include. And we miss out on something when we exclude that. Like, this is not appropriate. That's just my personal story or something like that. This is not about wisdom, this is yeah. It somehow it makes me profoundly sad that we still make some kind of separation and and don't see that what is here is as far as we got or something. Like, we can reach for further wisdom, but what is here right now is what's here. Yeah. It's it's is what life offers us right now or the universe offers us, whatever word do you wanna use.
And I wish for circles and dialogues where there's more silence, more possibility of noticing the subtle stuff like a shift in the body or shift in emotions or noticing how the energy shifts in the room. And we're so used to just talk over it.
And I know deeply that there is more potential and that's maybe to unfold over a longer time. Yeah.
I think that's my share for now.
