Again, it's that living in the mystery of, like, really trusting whatever needs to arise will arise naturally.

And it makes me realize how much we feel we have to prepare for life when the best preparation is being completely unprepared so your natural self, your authentic self emerges gracefully. And I think we've just been taught not to trust her, when in essence, that's the only thing we can trust.

And perhaps, you know, that's our greatest lesson in life.

No matter who I'm sitting with, whether it's a friend, a family, or a perfect stranger, when I finish filming it's like there are two souls sitting in union with each other and it's beautiful. And yeah. And I just think of the potential. If we could all see each other as just another soul journeying through life instead of all the masks that we wear and, you know, if we could look beyond people's labels and just see their humanity, that would be a pretty powerful thing.

Everyone I film, they walk away saying the same thing. They say, I can't believe I shared that piece. I don't even know where that came from. They might not have thought about it for decades, and yet here it was rising. And I can only think that that is the wisdom that they needed at that moment in their life. And for them, it always made sense.

And I feel like we spend our life sometimes looking out there for possibilities outside of ourself. And yet, we hold such wisdom within ourselves that we needn't look any further. And I think that's why I'm so drawn to this method, because of the pure potential to tap into our own wisdom.

My bigger story is helping to return everybody's bigger story to themselves and to return themselves to that great pool of wonder where they needn't look any further than themselves. To find out where they're going in life and to appreciate all that they have within themselves and all who they are, all that they are becoming.

To me, that's kind of like where the magic lies, is knowing knowing, just How peaceful that place is as well. Like I, you know, I tap into that space and it's not only full of wisdom, but there's peace, pure peace that you can't find anywhere else sometimes.
