The sense we make is that, you know, when we're born the book begins and then we live and when we die when we die the book ends. And how ridiculous that idea is, That the book everybody's book is all these different lives. And actually, each of us has only a paragraph in this grand text of humanity or a a character. And a story started way before you were born and the story will end way after you die. And for me, when I was when I was sick particularly, that idea was so comforting. Like, Oh. It's not my story. It's our story. I have a tiny part of it. Whether my tiny part is, you know, forty three years or sixty three years or ninety three years. It's a bad part. And Yeah. To know that we are we co write this text together. I found that very helpful when thinking about my own mortality. It's very guaranteed.
