Love is the point
Spoken in English. Their words, as they said them.
What makes us great at handling the unpredictable, interconnected, complex world in which we live? And love is a big piece of that because complexity is about connections. It's about who and how are we connected to one another, to the world around us. How are things around us interconnected? This idea of connections, as you know, is maybe this is the developmental motion is towards, being able to understand and resist and peel away those pieces of scar tissue or, fear or anger that get in the way of this kind of open hearted connection, of which grief is a necessary component.
So I don't I don't know that there are, that many developmental theories written about love. Although it's a component, of course. But I'm sort of starting to think that it's the point of that too.
