My inner space, my ego, as fluid as the river
Spoken in English. Their words, as they said them.
And that's something that I've been, really discovering, finding out, appreciating more and more these last few years.
That it's not only that I you know, the less ego I bring into a situation, the better it is. It's like you disappearing open to learning and changing.
So that my inner space is as fluid as the river, as moving as the river.
So getting a sense of being enough, I think deals with the ego question to some extent. If I'm enough, I don't need to defend my ego. I don't need to protect it. I don't need to polish it or brush it. So I'm I'm less defensive.
But in order to live well in this place that we're creating here or in order to work well in a in an organization, we have to be not only grounded in ourselves and undefended in this way, but we also have to be completely permeable to others.
And so I'm interested about this idea of undefended egos but also ability to work with each other in a way where each one of us grows and learns and changes by virtue of the fact that we are together. You know, what rituals do that? What, what processes do that? What individual work allows for that? What collective work is needed? It's one of the things that I'm most fascinated about.
